International Monetary Conference Privacy Statement

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), International Monetary Conference (IMC) will not share your personal information with third parties (e.g. hotel and conference suppliers) without your consent. However, in order for us to ensure exceptional service to facilitate all of the logistical requirements for the IMC, which includes hotel accommodations, VIP events, streamlined transportation, and customized meals, you are encouraged to answer "Yes" to sharing your data for this purpose (email address and telephone number will be withheld). You must answer "Yes" below in order to register for the 2025 IMC conference.

1. I have the authority to consent (or have received the Registrant’s authority to consent) to the use of information such as my/their name, title, company name, email address and mailing address (“personal data”).
2. I have read and agree to the"IMC Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions"
3. I consent to IMC sharing my/their personal data with third parties for the purpose of facilitating the conference.

You have a right to access, amend and delete the personal data held about you at any time by contacting the IMC Secretariat at jpuls@aba.com. If you change your job or wish to cease your membership, contact the IMC Secretariat to update the records.
